THOMAS CODY

Tom was born and raised in Trumbull, CT and has lived throughout various parts of the state over the past 31 years. He attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs with a focus in both Economics and Business Administration. He is a market specialist and a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS).

 

He is a total nerd for economics and business. These interests, along with his background in both sales and retail banking, made real estate a very seamless transition and has allowed him to propel into one of the top producers in the state in his first 3 years in business. He believes in strong attention to detail and has an innate desire to help others which has led to his very successful track record for customer satisfaction.

 

He specializes primarily with first time homebuyers, sellers, relocations from New York, foreclosures, and investors. He operates his business throughout all of Connecticut, but largely throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
