HARVEST RAYNE FEDOR

Realtor

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and lived in Texas, New York, and Maine before my family finally decided to settle down in Connecticut. I have spent most of my life growing up in the valley; Ansonia, Bethany, Orange. I attended University of Wisconsin Madison, and I have an Associates Degree in chemistry and biology.

My mother opened up her own restaurant in 2007, and it has become my second home ever since. I have spent the past 16 years in the restaurant industry, and 3 years in the veterinary field. This has given me the opportunity to interact with people in all different kinds of scenarios, both joyous and devastating. It has become my strength learning how to navigate those situations, and highlight the positives. My greatest strength comes in the form of empathy. I have always considered myself someone who makes connections with ease.

My interest in real estate stemmed from the poverty I experienced growing up. My family moved all over the place due to lack of monetary wealth. Because I had the opportunity to live in so many different places, I also received the exposure of different types of architecture, home styles, and decoration types. I would fantasize about walk-in closets, clawfoot tubs and waterfall shower heads, bay windows, kitchen islands, inground swimming pools, and furnished basements. I remember watching MTV’s Welcome To My Crib and visualizing myself as the person giving the tour of the home.

That dream has now manifested itself into this new career for me.

I pride myself on being someone who goes into every situation with as much information as possible. As Oscar Wilde once said, “You can never be overeducated or overdressed.” I am dedicated, hardworking, talkative and a great listener.
