CANDICE KROSS CODY

Candice was born and raised in West Haven, Connecticut and has lived there for most of her life.  She attended University of Bridgeport and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  In addition to her background in behavioral therapy/psychology, she has also worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years.  Her passion for helping and serving others is what attracted her to her career as a Realtor.  Since the transition, she has experienced a tremendous amount of success and has excelled in negotiating deals for her clients despite challenging market conditions.

 

Candice has a strong attention to detail, an innate desire to help others, and is a strong believer in always putting her clients' needs first.  Her constant availability to her clients and her quick response times are two qualities that distinguish Candice from your average agent.  She specializes in first time homebuyers, relocations from New York, and working with investors.  Candice works throughout the entire state of Connecticut and looks forward to the opportunity to help make your real estate journey
